Where are you located?We are located in Cheltenham, Victoria, 3192.

What are your trading days?We trade from Thursday - Sunday at selected cafes and pick up is available from our factory location in Cheltenham. Orders must be placed 72 hours in advanced for pick up.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?Yes, we currently offer pickup from our factory in Cheltenham. Unfortunately, we will no longer be doing delivery.

Are you a shop front?No we are not a shop front, we currently bake in our factory in Cheltenham but will be introducing Pop Ups from that location soon! keep up to date with our Instagram @cutiecroissants for more information.

How much notice do I need to give you to receive my order?We need 72 hours notice for pick up orders as our cuties are a traditional 3 day process croissants. All orders for Thursday must be in by Tuesday 4pm All orders for Friday must be in by Wednesday 4pm All orders for Saturday must be in by Thursday 4pm All orders for Sunday must be in by Friday 4pm

Can I amend the flavours of the Croissants in the Mixed box?No, it is a set mixed box.
